Alan Summers will be taking on the role of Director of Business Development for Integrated MSP. He has a comprehensive background in both strategic account management and organizational leadership. In his role with Integrated MSP, he will leverage his extensive experience to drive growth and foster key relationships.

Alan has spent the last four years at Sherweb as a Channel Account Manager for Strategic Groups, where he excelled as one of the top salespeople. His success was not just in numbers; he managed vital relationships for the organization, contributing significantly to the company’s objectives. Alan was also a top contributor from the sales department for the Leucan charity drives and was honored to be the MC of the annual kickoff for four consecutive years due to his knack for public speaking.

Before his time at Sherweb, Alan dedicated nine and a half years to KDC Knowlton, working in various positions across nearly every department. He finished his tenure in logistics and customer service where he was managing the production cycle of over 45 million units while working with some of the world’s largest corporations. Due to his ability to work cohesively with every department, he was voted by the employees as president of the employee committee where he resided for three years. In this position, he managed relationships between 800+ employees and management, striving to create a cohesive and optimal work environment. One of his notable achievements was introducing a new schedule that increased employee retention and improved overall workplace satisfaction. He also led a program to help integrate displaced refugees into the workforce.

On a personal note, Alan has been happily married for 16 years and is a proud father of two amazing teenage daughters. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, he relocated to Quebec in 2009 to be closer with his wife’s family in anticipation of the birth of their first child. In his free time, Alan enjoys playing guitar, singing, and coaching his daughter’s youth women’s hockey team.
